  • I had an extremely informative genetic counseling session with Meaghan to discuss our mosaic embryo. She was able to thoroughly review the specifics of our particular embryo, potential outcomes, relevant risk factors, family history, and testing options. She also helped us to clarify what issues we should consider in mapping out our next steps. We had already met with a genetic counselor from our clinic and the information we received from Meaghan was far more detailed and current. We feel that we finally understand mosaicism and feel much more confident and hopeful as we move forward in our family building journey. I can't recommend Meaghan highly enough!

  • Meaghan was amazing! She was thorough and precises. Her information was up to date and she is extremely knowledgeable. As an OB/GYN myself, I highly recommend. She made my husband completely understand medical jargon and all the potentials. In turn, she was able to answer all of our questions. Hands down the best genetic counselor I have spoken to and you can imagine in my professor I have to speak to many. Well worth it!! We will definitely be having a follow up once I am pregnant.

  • Meaghan is exceptionally knowledgeable and gifted in this field of genetics! We've spoken with 2 other geneticist, and never once with Meaghan have we felt unheard. We left our visit fully informed, without further questions. Meaghan answered all our questions, gave us a very informative visit. She went over our 1 hour mark that we reserved with her to make sure she presented us with all our information. We can tell she took time to prepare our visit with her. She had slides, and further information we didn't know about. We 1000% recommend Meaghan!

She listened to us and offered us plenty of evidence based information about the chances of our embryo based on the PGTA segmental aneuploid biopsy results. We are very thankful for her. The other genetic counselor we met with from the PGTA lab facility agreed that, based on current research, our embryo had a chance at producing a healthy live birth. But the counselor produced a cookie cutter scripted letter that left no path forward but destruction of our embryo. We were confused by the inconstancy between the conversation and the official letter. Fortunately, we had a meeting with Meaghan and she showed us giving our embryo a chance is a sound decision to make if we choose that path. She based her information on relevant current studies and research for our specific situation. She sent us a thorough report that we can share with our clinic. Now we are hoping our clinic will allow us to transfer the embryo to see what happens. Our embryo may not work out. Or... Who knows, we could end up with a healthy baby, and if that happens it would all be thanks to Meaghan.
